Nylon Dreams Ltd Returns and Refunds
Hi,
To make your life easier we make returns simple.
Just email us at sales@nylondreams.co.uk with your invoice or order number and ask for a returns number within 14 days of receiving your order,
Then please just return the item or items with a copy of your invoice to our address which is also on your invoice stating if you wish an exchange or refund and the returns number we gave you and we’ll gladly process it for you,
We will refund the total cost of the items but not the postage unless it’s our fault and then we’ll cover the postage costs too,
Refunds are paid to the original payment card or payment source,
Simple and uncomplicated 🙂
Oh and we don’t exchange hosiery if it’s been worn for hygiene reasons,
We suggest you send any item to us tracked delivery and on arrival we always try to process it same day for you.
