CANCELLING AN ORDER

We aim to dispatch all orders from stock SAME DAY or the NEXT WORKING DAY depending on what time of day we receive it, normally if ordered by 12.00 noon UK time we aim to dispatch the same day
RETURNS POLICY
To make your life easier we make returns simple.
Just email us at sales@nylondreams.co.uk with your invoice or order number and ask for a returns number within 14 days of receiving your order,
Then please just return the item or items with a copy of your invoice to our address which is also on your invoice stating if you wish an exchange or refund and the returns number we gave you and we’ll gladly process it for you,
We will refund the total cost of the items but not the postage unless it’s our fault and then we’ll cover the postage costs too,
Refunds are paid to the original payment card or payment source,
Simple and uncomplicated 
Oh and we don’t exchange hosiery if it’s been worn for hygiene reasons,
We suggest you send any item to us tracked delivery and on arrival we always try to process it same day for you.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept most major credit and debit cards eg Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Delta, JCB, Switch & Solo, all on our 100% safe server.
We do not however accept AMEX American Express.
Our terms and conditions mean we also accept telephone orders Postal Orders and cheques to our address on our contact page.
DISPUTES – Any complaints or disputes will be replied to within 24 hours and can be emailed directly to us at sales@nylondreams.co.uk
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
